I had an issue with an order today and I contacted Customer Service. When I am telling you they responded quickly I mean like within less than 5 minutes. Within 10 mins altogether and several emails back and forth the Customer Service resolved my issue completely. They were so prompt and courteous in doing so (something you don't find a lot of these days) and I truly appreciated that. They did everything they could to help me.

the lens is not wide enough to stay in the channel and sags down in several places. did I receive the wrong lens or is this a defect? How can this issue be rectified?

I didn't need to worry about these 8 ft long delicate pieces; packaging was first-rate!! Extremely strong mailing tube, like that a lot.
