You claim to offer military veterans and first responder law enforcement a 10% discount. I am both and have idme accounts for both. I clicked your link and signed in under my veteran account, but no discount was applied. I tried under my law enforcement account and still no discount. I thought I received the discount when I first ordered the whole system, but now that I need replacement part due to lightning danage

Package was opened before I received it and taped up with 3 pieces of tape. The static protection envelope in the box was also opened and not resealed. It appears the board was a returned unit.

Trying to procure military discount was abysmal. The everify system was impossible to walk thru. None of the payment options were ones I wanted, which was straight credit card. Went outside the idme and went straight to Ghost Controls website to order without military discount. We like the product - second time ordering replacement parts because of lightning strikes.
