Trying calling . Nobody ever answers. So if you purchase this product and have issues good luck on getting ahold of anyone for help

Had someone else install but watched the process. They usually install other brands but were impressed with the quality and ease of this opener. It's solar and it's been raining and cloudy since the installation but gate is working great.

Marlee and Emily are just fantastic! Unfortunately, we had a storm come through just 2 weeks after install, and now my gate is not functioning. They sent me some links to some troubleshooting procedures, but I haven't been home long enough to try any of them. I am afraid my $2000 purchase just got fried less than 14 days into my enjoying it. Nothing else on the entire property (6+ acres with 3 buildings and a pool) got affected by the storm. This leaves me thinking these things are very delicate compared to most other electrical items such as TV's, stereos, pool pumps, etc.

1st I called Ghost controls and spoke with a tech and explained what system I had and asked what would fit my needs. I ordered the system that was suggested. Once arrived the box was missing parts. I called Ghost and they requested photos which I sent. NO response was provided so I purchased items elsewhere from a dealer. After installation two days later the gate shaft was bent an broken laying on the ground. Contacted Ghost they said they would give me a refund. that is nice but I'm out the expense of the installation and all the additional accessories I purchased. I spoke with a rep and advised them of my situation and they sent me a better model shaft without the mounting brackets. I emailed stating the issue and 2 days later they replied by sending me a link to purchase the bracket. it's been 3 weeks trying to get this issue taken care of. This product is priced right however it will not last and the customer service is poor. We are preparing a demonstration video of all the details and will launch our our social media platforms soon, youtube, tic tok FB search Ghostfailed

I have had this opener a year no issues at all easy install remotes don’t have the furthest range but work in-laws liked the opener so much I installed one on their gate still working no issues

Easy to install and works great so far with the solar panel. I was hoping it could be run just on power alone without a battery; but it was worth the buy.

I was very unsure of what I needed to buy. Ghost Controls customer service was fantastic at helping us work out what we needed. We did find the install challenging because of our gate, not the product. But we finally got it all installed, many thanks to customer support. Now we have a solar powered gate we can control with clicker, phone or alexa!

Ghost Controls customer support was amazing. First they helped me select the gate controller for our needs. I told them what we wanted our gate to do, and they told us what we needed. We had a question or two during the install, and they were prompt to answer. We are extremely happy with our gate. We love that it is solar and SMART. So nice having Alexa operate the gate for us!

The gate opener works great but with only one remote. The other 3 remotes do not work. But we paid to have them all working.
