It’s sled push option and zone 2 capabilities are fantastic for a home gym.

I have a big home gym with air bike, versaclimber and all the concept 2 pieces. This is my favorite piece of cardio equipment hands down. You can go fast and hard or long zone 2. It takes up little space. It’s easy to move. And the price is great. Very well built.
