I filled out an application online and then it still took me 4 lengthy phone calls with your agents to establish service. None of the agents could find my online application nor could they locate the address (which has been established for several years). This was not a request for gas service where there was none before. The previous owners had service for 2 years. Also, I had to locate the meter number on the actual meter to get service. I would have thought your company could have told me what was the meter number. Avery time wasting exercise. I was able to establish my new water and power service with just a few minutes online.
