Packaging to Hawaii needs improvements but just the idea they ship to Hawaii is Awesome. Would like to do more business with them if the shipping rates was a whole lot less. Just received my order and packaging finally came in one piece, thank you garment racks. I plan to use you more offend and share your website.

wish the bottom rack had instructions to assembly, and was secured better to base, but works for what I need and these racks are definitely a good buy for our institution.

It seems to be very sturdy but one of the screw holes was too tight and I had to grind it a little bigger to insert the last wheel. Also the frame was off kilter I guess from being bumped around in shipping so difficult to pop the poles in place. It does seem to hold a good load and hopefully will be easier to pop up with use.

The sales rep was very helpful and informative. The product seems to be sturdy and usable. Putting the wheels on was difficult. Also, the frame did not allow for easy line up of the poles where the upper and lower meet. I think it will eventually straighten out.

I had one garment rack purchased in local store and the connectors were hard plastic and it broke which caused the rack to lean over. Ever since, I looked online for all steel, sturdy, commercial grade. I absolutely love it. I could hang from it all day and it will not bend. I have a lot of clothes. Excellent craftsmanship. I do not regret buying from this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

An excellent product... this rack provides us the opportunity to hang uniforms on top and bottom without interfering with either the top or bottom bar. Easy to put together, love the ability to lock the wheels. We brought a total of 4 and have been pleased with them.

SHIPPING FED EX!! TERRIBLE never will use them for shipping again!! They left both very long heavy OPENED/ DAMAGED BOX cross the doorway of our garage doors CAR!! Thank god my husband went out for the garbage cans , he would of back right over them!! We have a large easy to access front porch where ALL our deliveries are left! Common sense! Product WONDERFULL!!!
