This rack is easy to pop up and take down, the wheels pretty much stay in place even though there are no wheel locks, and the carrying case is a life saver. The package is a great value.

The connection hardware was not included with product and the box was ripped apart causeing the product to receive numerous scratches. I had to go to a hardware store to purchase hardware...$11.98

Love it. sturdy, versatile, clean, easy assembly. I replaced a closet maid wire shelf/rod combo on one side of my closet with this Z rack. My closet door slides & the aluminum track seems flimsy so I assembled it in my closet & then loaded it up. My daughter uses one for displaying clothing in her boutique & it rolls easily fully loaded. She did not buy the top/bottom shelves. I use the top rack for storage & need a step stool to reach it as im 5'7". To give you an idea of the rod height, I stacked the bottom rack with 5 shoe boxes among other things & my long skirts swing freely above them. Company shipped quickly & packaged well. Highly recommend.

Thank you for the step by step how to put it together guide. The 400# Z rack only came with a diagram, no instructions. I live in an apartment with just a teeny tiny closet and no storage so these rack hold a lot and are great buys. Thank you

I live in a converted office to apartment. It has what used to be a coat closet for the only closet. These racks are great, I now don't have to keep every thing folded.

Packaging to Hawaii needs improvements but just the idea they ship to Hawaii is Awesome. Would like to do more business with them if the shipping rates was a whole lot less. Just received my order and packaging finally came in one piece, thank you garment racks. I plan to use you more offend and share your website.
