Impressively heavy duty, goes together easily. Package was damaged during shipping (the contents is too heavy for the lightweight cardboard box it was shipped in), and the little assembly tools, an allen wrench and a little open-end wrench, were not in the box, probably fell out of the large gash in the side of the shipping box. I would buy this rack again and just hope that UPS treats it a little more gently.

Yes, it was overall an easy shopping, but it was not easy to find what I was looking for right away. Also, I am sure I am not the first customer who complains about your delivery fee, but I need to mention it anyways, your delivery cost is outrageous- one third of my purchase was a delivery. You need to rethink you delivery fees, maybe charge only for the delivery and have customers pay for the returns... Just a suggestion...

I found the Z-frame garment rack using an internet search for 'garment-rack'. I read the garmentrack.com customer reviews of their product and purchased a Z-lock garment rack. It arrived quickly, was very easy to assemble, and is of a very high quality. Great product! Thanks!

Outstanding Rack. Sorry I did not find this quality of clothes rack years ago. The price is basically the same as the weak racks that you can purchase at the local hardware stores but 100x the quality. The only draw back is the rack costs 20.00+ to ship and the rack itself cost less than 60.00 which with shipping and the rack it as approximately 81.00 but still well worth the money. Easy to put together, and it is easier with two people, but can be done by one person in about 15 minutes. Work on reducing the shipping but don't increase the rack price, even at that, I will be back for more.
