in Jan Precision garage door service replaced my horizontal spring that lifted my garage door. they did a wonderful job then but unfortunately the center connection holding the spring tore loose from the wall in the garage. The tension in the spring made the bar bow and was partially adhered to the wall. To my delight James Myer came out earlier than the scheduled 4-6 pm. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it all repaired within 20 minutes. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very confident. This type of service was outstanding and I strongly recommend Precision Garage door for any issues relating to garage doors

We purchased our door 5 years ago and we love it. I noticed a screw on the ground yesterday which came from a hinge to the door. When I called precision and explained what I found they had a technician, Ben, come out the next day. He was professional, efficient and likable. He also explained what he was doing and how everything worked so that we could understand the process. The door hinge was attended to and after the maintenance the door was working as smooth as the day we bought it. We highly recommend this company and their products, best improvement we made to the house that year.

What a professional job great service

I contacted Precision Door for warranty repair service for a broken garage door spring. Ben showed up within the scheduled repair window and quickly replaced both garage springs, much quicker than anticipated. Additionally, he checked to make sure lol other garage door parts were working well. Before leaving, he took the time to explain how to open the door if there's a power outage. Very much appreciated!
