The phone is answered relatively quickly by very pleasant and knowledgeable people.
My questions were understood and answered quickly. They did not rush me off the phone.
My only problem is that the written instructions are not as clear as they could be.
One question asked of National Trust was answered incorrectly having to do with the expiration date of my passport.
