As an older person without a scanner at home I needed help from my grand daughter. But she found it very easy but it would have taken me much longer after I found a place to scan.

I have used G3 Visas for 10 years now - I used G3 to get me a secondary passport when I needed to be able to get an Indian and Saudi Arabian visa simultaneously. They have always been able to handle any issue that I have had and in record time.

Though all of my experiences have been incredible, this most recent service stands out as the best! Janine, a true expert in her field, was able to get me a Passport Renewal for my expired passport in FIVE DAYS! I've been traveling and did not even know where I would be to receive it once it was ready, however, the moment I knew it was available (which was less than 3 business days from me FedExing the Passport and Documents to her), she was able to overnight it to me at the hotel in the city in which I am staying.

EVERY message I sent to her, she responded with incredible alacrity, and I had ZERO doubts or concerns as she was such an expert that I knew I was in the best hands of the best in class.

The trip for which I needed the passport is a very important one as I am accompanying a loved one who is getting an ideally life-saving medical treatment and, without my accompaniment, they likely would not have been able to make the trip.

I give FIVE STARS to G3 and SIX STARS to Janine for maintaining their excellent reputation in my eyes and proving what is so rarely proven: that great companies can REMAIN great 10-years later. Very few companies can do this.
