I had an employee, Madison, reach out to me as there was an error on one of my filling documents for my passport. She worked with me to get it resolved quickly and will make sure it is processes on time so I can make my international trip. This would not have been possible without her professionalism and proactive attitude. I am very greatful.

The concierge was very helpful throughout the process, making it so much easier to gather all the documents and requirements. He responded to me very quickly and that expedited the process in time for me to get everything I needed well before my deadline. Very happy with service.

Suborna Mathura and Brian Craig went above and beyond in getting us through this process on our timetable.
They were both very responsive to all our questions. They were excellent at guiding us through the many steps and intricacies of the application process for the Saudi Visa, including a last-minute requirement for a medical letter declaring the client was not infected Monkey Pox. Brian and Suborna were patient with our many questions. We communicated frequently at the start of the process and then daily the final week of the process. Most importantly they took the extra steps to make sure the visa and passport were returned on a short time-line. Brian personally went to the consulate to check on the progress and Suborna assisted me with a letter of explanation requested by the Saudi consulate. Thank you!

I have used G3 in the past for passport renewal. They have always provided great service. This time I was late in getting my passport renewed through the government, so I contacted G3 and within one day I had compiled all the required documents and emailed them for review. I sent my documents to them via FedEx. Two weeks later my passport arrived. This expedited service is not cheap, but was worth every penny for the professional and painless service that I experienced.

G3 is 100% legit, honest, timely, and the real deal!! Obviously it was nerve racking to turn over our legal US government documents to the 'mail' not knowing if the company you are trying out for the first time is legit. I felt like Boris and his Team did an outstanding job holding my hand through the process! Not to mention how quick their response time was! Not a question we will be returning costumers for sure! Wasn't cheap but well worth our time to be able to continue to work before an impromptu family vacation! From sending our expired passports to receiving our new passports it was 8 days! Can't beat G3!! Thank you G3!!

I want to thank Janine Anderson for her outstanding service and helping me obtain my visa for Vietnam. The embassy was closed due to the lunar new year, and we were concerned that we might not have our vases in time for departure. She emailed me, called me, and followed up to make sure that our visas were processed in a timely manner. We are most grateful for her efficient work.

Communication from the G3 team was absent and they failed to reply to emails regarding the status of the visa application. The application checklist was missing information which resulted in additional time and email exchanges to reconcile. Finally, the eVisa was received after the trip date.
