Arrived with the blower mounted in a side discharge which means I have to remount the blower. That takes time. Also no installation manual came with it.

Superior design. Very good construction and materials. Installation is not easy as DIY, but achievable nonetheless. However, plan for a full day to get the project to completion.

Unfortunately this item was backordered and the wait was over 3 months. This isn't anyone particular fault. It's the Italian manufacturer that was experiencing raw materials shortages, like many others in this pandemic. That aside, the customer service was good and they always kept me abreast of progress regarding my order.

This is our second hood from Futuro Futuro. The feature we like best is how QUIET they are. No screaming fan making you want to turn it off, even though there's smoke coming off a frying pan. They look great and the company understands how important quiet is to cooks.

The product fits my now discontinued Mystic Glass wall hood. I bought the extra in case I need them down the line. I didn’t realize I was only getting one set, thought I ordered two. If you order, be sure to clarify the count.
