Superior design. Very good construction and materials. Installation is not easy as DIY, but achievable nonetheless. However, plan for a full day to get the project to completion.

Unfortunately this item was backordered and the wait was over 3 months. This isn't anyone particular fault. It's the Italian manufacturer that was experiencing raw materials shortages, like many others in this pandemic. That aside, the customer service was good and they always kept me abreast of progress regarding my order.

Futuro Futuro is the best company when it comes to customer service. I'm using this vent hood for quite a long time but never had to be in line or wait for the service if something I couldn't understand.

My wife and I went with the Amalfi unit and we couldn't be happier with it. It was nice that we were able to have it easily attached to our ductless system which was a concern of ours.
