Company charged tax then when trying to remove tax, removed S/H instead. After contacting again they removed the cost of the whole order and only charged us the tax. Still trying to work this out with the company to charge us the right amount.

It was pretty easy. I don't like the fact that you charged so much for shipping if it's not expedited. That's too pricey for a parent of a special needs child. I think that should be refunded.
