Very easy. Overall, I am satisfied with these purchases I was unaware of the specials that you offered during the holiday time so I called and I ordered the special that would cover 60 days but I did only got for 30 days so I called and then they sent over another so I assume Next month I go back on regular shipment for 60 days. I was recommended this product by a friend for what I believe to be Fibromyalgia body aches and joint pains. Nothing had helped me and I was sceptical at first as I didn't see any change within the first 3 to 4 days of taking it like other reviews stated. I continued using it and after about 3 to 4 weeks I just started feeling like me again. I am a 43 year old woman who always was active but had spent the last year unable to do anything physical without being wiped out with exhaustion and physical joint pain for days and days after. It would reduce me to tears. I still have aches but the pain is heavily reduced and I am able to just get on with my life again. Other supplements I had tried before this had unsettled my stomach but this is an amazing gentle product full of natural ingredients and I will continue to order it even though I have to have it shipped to the UK. I never write reviews but this product comes highly recommended by me.
