I tried some sample's for 50 year old herniated disc in my neck & severe arthritis in neck and shoulder's. I was blown way how much it helped. Now and then i roll on some Bio Freeze, but nothing near like i was. I just hope as time passes it keep's working this well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
