I had a family photo blown up and placed on a large canvas, price was great. But it arrived with a broken frame. I emailed Fulcrum Customer Service, received an answer immediately. Within 4 business days, they immediately replaced the entire item at no cost. I still can't believe I wasn't hassled and forced to jump through hoops. Such a great experience and the photo and frame are simply gorgeous; high quality at a very fair price. I ordered from them a second time, and was extremely pleased again. I'm a loyal fan.

Picture came out really well. We had the outside done in black which turned out to be right idea. The canvas on the 4 edges had some threads that were light colored. So I covered with black magic marker. Came out great and our niece and her husband loved it.

I have a full room of photo memorabilia ....all old family pictures, those that are dearest to me I enlarged. I tried Fulcrum Gallery once and yesterday I returned for the 7th framed enlarged photo, that should tell ya just how great a job they do.
