Called the website number and Alberto the trainer informed me it's cheaper if you pay cash, but also confirmed he will be the instructor for that particular day of training and certification.

This training was perfect. Comfortable setting, no pressure and a good course for beginners and also good for seasoned drivers as a refresher course. David was awesome. He was super patient and easy going, which made his course attendees feel comfortable throughout. I HIGHLY recommend the Forklift Academy!

I was lucky, because I was the only student to attend the training, which made it go quickly, and efficiently. There aren't many training schools in the area that offer this training, with an easy to use website. My only criticism is that there wasn't a way to check to make sure that I was enrolled in that particular class, and confirmation that it wasn't full. Other than that it was pretty easy.
