I did call customer service, just to make sure order went through. I scheduled a class. No issues, quick answers.

Unlike other $49 forklift certifications, with this I can say I went to an actual school and that I had some time on the actual equipment. That is what's important to me. Hopefully everything goes smoothly at the actual class.

I was lucky, because I was the only student to attend the training, which made it go quickly, and efficiently. There aren't many training schools in the area that offer this training, with an easy to use website. My only criticism is that there wasn't a way to check to make sure that I was enrolled in that particular class, and confirmation that it wasn't full. Other than that it was pretty easy.
