Again I had ordered a size 9.5 6E but I received a size 13 6E
I contacted FLOW feet upon receiving the size 13 shoe and they said they would send a return label so I can mail back the shoes I am still waiting for the return label to be mailed to my address

I had ordered a 9 1/2 sixE… I received a 13 6E. I had requested a return label during a phone call the week of June 24,2022. I have yet to receive the label So I can send the size 13’s back exchange for a size 9 1/2 6E

Product is excellent. Your follow-through is not. It took me three phone calls to find out why the product hadn’t shipped for over a week. Then suddenly when I made the calls the product was shipped. Not impressed.
