I have had flood insurance for many years through Flood Simple. It is rare these days to want to praise the kind of customer service this company provides! Over the years they have been incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns about my policy. They are easy to contact via both phone or e-mail. Their rates are reasonable. But it is their customer service that puts them far above any insurance company I have ever dealt with.
I would like to specifically shout-out Account Reconciliation Manager, Rebecca Wagner for her recent help in actually canceling my policy due to re-done FEMA maps that no longer puts my property in a flood zone. While I am happy to be saving the money on a flood policy, I will admit, I am rather sad to leave this company behind. If you have need for flood insurance, there is NO FINER choice than Flood Simple and their amazing staff!

My overall experience was great. I got a quote quickly and when I purchased the flood insurance it was a very easy process and I had support from them if I needed it, the premium is by far the best one I found and no ther flood insurance I looked into was even close to matching flood simple, very satisfied and would recommend to friends and family.

I paid in full for a flood policy for my home. My mortgage company just paid my old flood insurance carrier policy premium out of my mortgage escrow. I don't know if Flood Simple contacted my mortgage company yet or not because every time I call i get an automated answering service that cant help me. I would love to just speak to a human and figure out this issue.

I found the overall price to be quite quick and easy....from the web based application, which gave me a preliminary answer exceedingly quickly, to the process of getting everything through to policy issuance and final forms. Marielos Castillo was particularly pleasant and helpful as I tried to ensure everything was in place with my lender.

My mortgage person turned me onto flood simple, and the representative handling my case was extremely kind and knowledgeable and professional. He made the entire process easy and saves me a lot of money for the same exact coverage I had with my last flood insurance provider. I am extremely happy with what I have.
