It was extremely difficult to switch over to flood simple. I had to contact my mortgage company and contact flood simple several times. I had to remind flood simple my mortgage company paid out of escrow several times. By the time my mortgage company and flood simple figured out how to communicate flood simple decided to charge me $200 more for the policy when there were serious performance issues in customer service. When I asked about why they told me there was nothing they could do to match the original quote. I'm very displeased with how much effort I had to out into changing to flood simple then come to find out I owed more than what I was originally quoted.
