I came from old school cage style toe clips, and am slowly getting used to these. I'm glad to have the flat pedals too. Removing/installing is fast and easy once you get the hang of it.

Haven't had a change to give them a good workout, but they install easily, and the pop-off mechanism works well. Be sure to clean to shaft before inserting. Sand and grit could jam them up.
