I love the product, and the idea behind the product; but the installation instructions are difficult to digest and a set of metric hex wrenches is a must-have. This is the only item I’ve ever purchased where I didn’t have the correct tool, or a workable substitute, already on hand and needed to track it town. Wish I would have known that upfront so I could have been more prepared.

I actually got a call from their customer service to check and make sure that I had the right size ordered. It turned out I didn't and that avoided shipping it to me and having to send it back. It works great on my folding ebike and will be a great gadget addition.

I have been irritated for years about the difficulty between bike and car storage. While having a double car garage, we have two single doors, so there is little room for error in parking. My bike has large tires and a mirror on the end of the handlebars, and I can count on scratches on the right passenger side of the car when I hit the bike tire or mirror pulling in. If I am successful missing the bike, then the side mirrors are in danger because I don't have self-folding mirrors. Sigh. I was so happy finding this solution. It has given me another six inches of space and that has made all the difference. Five stars, thumbs up, hooray!!!

This is our second flat bike kit. We keep our e-bikes in our RV when we travel and the kit saves us so much room!
