I have a soft spot for the Arc Trainers, they're the only "elliptical" machine that don't make my feet go numb after an hour long exercise and I don't have great joints, but I've managed to continue exercising through injuries using this machine so I knew I always wanted one. Delivery was swift and good, the guys were able to get the machine through the door by removing the handles and reattaching them inside and they were very careful. The machine itself is why this purchase loses 1-star. The touch screen is a little weird compared to other Cybex Arc Trainers I've used, it seems like the edges of the screen don't register any inputs so you have to touch just a few centimeters away from the edge of the screen (toward the middle) to push the buttons that are on the edge, not a huge deal, but I haven't tackled the troubleshooting on that. The machine also had several loose set-screws and one of them fell out of the bottom of the machine and caused a decent amount of noise during exercise, but I was able to read through the manual and find where they belonged and tighten them all up, but I can't imagine this would be easy for an average user who didn't consider themselves handy. Finally, the last bit of troubleshooting has been a squeaky belt, which there is very little information about anywhere, but I did manage to find a YouTube video where another reseller recommends opening the machine and lubricating the metal wheels with the rubber belts with just some standard waxy bar hand soap and that cleared up that squeaking. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, I have up to 3 people using the machine daily and it gets 1-2 hours of use and the problems have all been relatively easy to fix, I'm sure Fitness Superstore would have sent someone out, but I live far away and only wanted to call them out if it really was a problem I didn't think I could fix myself. I may tackle the touch-screen next, but mostly I just want the machine to run smooth for the duration of the exercise.

Absolutely outstanding. I was little bit wary, because I had not heard of FSS and I am always skeptical of some of these shops online for big ticket items that are somewhat custom. First, I bought a commercial gym treadmill (Lifefitness) and the product the product was top notch. I bought refurbished, but I can't tell. It looks brand new. And it works like everything we hoped it would. So the most important part was perfect. The packing and creating on it was excellent. They had it locked down and in place so nothing moved at all during shipping and there was zero damage even with using a third-party shipper. I mentioned to my wife that I had never seen a big ticket item like this that had been so well packed and crated. The most impressive part, that drove me to do a review was the customer service. For all other such companies, it usually takes a day for them to get back to you and then another couple of days to resolve any issue. FSS responded to my voice messages within an hour, and were able to resolve issues right away. Even when one of the issues was confusion with the third-party shipper, after hours. This was a perfect transaction, and I cannot say enough good things about this store. And I am normally an old grump.

Because our gym doubled their monthly dues we were determined to continue our bike workout on the same quality equipment.The price to purchased new would have been prohibitive. After extensive online research we found the fitness super store.They were extremely helpful and recommended an affordable, like new reconstructed bike, delivered to our home in a timely manner.

After my experience I would highly recommend the fitness superstore and the FSR50. I am a personal trainer and work with clients in my garage on the equipment and have had it for a few months. The fitness superstore provides great customer service. The product came undamaged and the delivery driver carried all the boxes into the garage rather than have them dumped on the driveway for porch pirates to get to. The shipping for California was faster than I expected as well. It arrived only a few days after I placed the order. The product itself when compared to its competitors is significantly less money without sacrificing much in quality. It also comes with more than other brands so there is less to purchase on the back end. It is sturdy, smooth, and fit together without any struggle. All together took about 6 hours to assemble by myself. I will likely add on the jammer arms and leg press in the future. I may also opt for the aluminum pulleys when it comes time to replace the cables. The rack comes with all the attachments you need for a functional set up with the added convenience of a smith machine. The smith bars weighs a full 45 pounds and you can also use the j-cups and an Olympic barbell on the outside of the main uprights which are slotted and numbered. I added only 1 or 2 cable attachments for things I personally prefer. The smith machine is very smooth and feels like a commercial machine. This piece also comes with lubricant for the weight stack cables. Another plus is how easy it is to find replacement parts if you need or would like to have them on hand. For instance, replacement pads for the j-cups or spotter arms. The only thing I would add is the ability to upgrade the weight stacks. Overall, 10 out of 10 would recommend this piece of equipment over other larger brands such as fray, titan, or rogue which seems to flood the facebook “garage gym” page I follow. It is the center piece of my garage gym, saves space, and is extremely easy to reconfigure between exercises. I have no need to go to a gym with this equipment.

I couldn't be happier. It's really hard to find a plate rack this small. I was worried that it would be flimsy. That's not the case at all. I had this thing loaded to the max with plates and it handled it fine. The finish on it is great. It really looks fantastic. If you're looking for a compact way to store plates on the floor, this is definitely for you.
