I am absolutely impressed with the service and delivery of our treadmills. We have an odd situation since we don't have any really wide doors into our fitness center which required partial disassembly of the treadmills. And they were having trouble finding a shipper that could accomodate our needs. So the solution was to personally deliver our treadmills (a 1600 mile round trip) and install them as we'd requested. They do an excellent job and their dedication to their customers is top notch!

I am just so impressed with every aspect of this purchase. I did a lot of on-line research to find the exercise machine I wanted and then to find a supplier. I had never heard of Fitness Superstore before but I could find nothing negative on-line and the price for a fully refurbished model was very competitive. I got an immediate response when I phoned and rapid follow up with an all inclusive quote. Once I placed the order I received regular email and phone updates -- remember this was shipping from the West Coast to Montreal-- and a visit from a company engaged by Fitness Superstore to complete the "white glove" delivery. It was delivered, placed in my home gym and set up with absolutely no damage. The trainer looks like new and works perfectly. I am so impressed with the whole process I recommend Fitness Superstore with no hesitation or reservations. This is how customer service should work but so rarely does. Thank you so much for the opportunity to purchase a used machine and 1/2 the cost. We love the machine. It came complete with instuctions and operating directions. When we had problems we called and were serviced immediately. I have to be honest I was very scared to purchase such a high ticket machine via phone/internet. But today I am very pleased to announce it was worth it. I will recommend your site to my friends and family.
