This product is great for isolation of single arm workouts. I use it for kick backs whenever I want to focus on just my triceps lateral heads and long heads muscle group. This rope is ideal and help ease the stress if you are having problems with your shoulders. I find this very useful whenever I'm doing seated tricep extension and wood chops. It is easy to grip with both hands while using it. Overall, it is an excellent cable attachment and I believe it will give me years of satisfaction. I will definitely give it a two thumbs up and and five stars. Thanks

Highly recommend buying this sauna or anything from fitness superstore. Super fast delivery and superb delivery as well. Everything came in tightly and neatly packed in a box on a pallet. Very easy and fast to assemble, my husband assembled it by himself within about 40 minutes. I Highly recommend this sauna is super amazing sauna, it comfortably fits my husband and I. Heats up to 140 degrees within 15 mins and is sound proof if you got the music Bluetooth on. The different colored lights are really cool to, it definitely sets the mood to however you're feeling for the day.

The Arc trainer has always been my favorite machine to work out on at the gym, for a couple of reasons I have Knee problems and also several spinal surgeries. I am limited on what I can do for Cardio the ARC Trainer fits the best for me it. Simply put it's a great cardio machine and buying it recondition was a great value and the customer service was flawless.

My first call was an inquiry about purchasing an ARC trainer customer service was great at answering all my questions. I purchased the machine and was contacted by customer service for shipping info they were again accommodating in answering my questions and emails. By the time they shipped it and it arrived at the shipping facility they had a delivery guy set up to pick it up and install it in my room of choice. I was concerned about getting it through the door to the room it was to go in but the delivery guys were true pro's they made it work and I was thrilled with all of it. I highly recommend the Fitness superstore for anyone who is looking to purchase quality workout equipment.

This piece of equipment is not very functional. The pulley system is jerky and doesn't give good steady resistance. Even though the foot plate on the leg press is adjustable, still doesn't adjust enough to provide good range of motion unless you're around 6 feet tall. Anyone shorter and your range is very limited. on the other tower, the chest press is not adjustable (neither is the back or the seat position), so unless you're a bigger person you won't get much range since you end up sitting so far back. To use any of the other workouts on that side like the high pulley system or the butterfly station the chest press bars are always in the way. I get so frustrated with this whole gym system each time I try to use it. Had bought it for myself 5'5" woman and teens trying to save a little bit of money and be able to have 2 stations going at once. Completely regret the choice. Also, the space saving corner placement was nice, but to reach the weight adjustment on the leg press side you have to leave it quite a few feet off the wall in order to adjust it.

I have a soft spot for the Arc Trainers, they're the only "elliptical" machine that don't make my feet go numb after an hour long exercise and I don't have great joints, but I've managed to continue exercising through injuries using this machine so I knew I always wanted one. Delivery was swift and good, the guys were able to get the machine through the door by removing the handles and reattaching them inside and they were very careful. The machine itself is why this purchase loses 1-star. The touch screen is a little weird compared to other Cybex Arc Trainers I've used, it seems like the edges of the screen don't register any inputs so you have to touch just a few centimeters away from the edge of the screen (toward the middle) to push the buttons that are on the edge, not a huge deal, but I haven't tackled the troubleshooting on that. The machine also had several loose set-screws and one of them fell out of the bottom of the machine and caused a decent amount of noise during exercise, but I was able to read through the manual and find where they belonged and tighten them all up, but I can't imagine this would be easy for an average user who didn't consider themselves handy. Finally, the last bit of troubleshooting has been a squeaky belt, which there is very little information about anywhere, but I did manage to find a YouTube video where another reseller recommends opening the machine and lubricating the metal wheels with the rubber belts with just some standard waxy bar hand soap and that cleared up that squeaking. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, I have up to 3 people using the machine daily and it gets 1-2 hours of use and the problems have all been relatively easy to fix, I'm sure Fitness Superstore would have sent someone out, but I live far away and only wanted to call them out if it really was a problem I didn't think I could fix myself. I may tackle the touch-screen next, but mostly I just want the machine to run smooth for the duration of the exercise.
