Together we have grown our family owned small business from an unknown start-up to a well established online retail business with loyal customers across America. Our privately held company enjoys many long-term relationships with vendors, affiliates and manufacturers. Many of our vendors are also firefighters with small businesses. These long-established bonds enable Firefighter.com to continually serve its customers in a responsible and reliable manner. We are also an officially licensed vendor for IAFF items.
Giving BackWe believe in giving back to the community. We are proud to donate money or products to IAFF Burn Center, National Fallen Firefighters Foundations and Missionary Flights International.

Bag is plenty big enough to put all your turnout gear in and has extra room as well! I travel from house to house a lot and it’s great that everything fits into one bag

My experience was great. I sent customer service an email to find out if I could make a small adjustment to my name that was supposed to be embroidered in the bag. They answered right away and took care of it.

It was sent with the curly font but yet I never selected the curly font so I was not happy about it at all. I didn't send it back because I couldn't afford to wait on my bag any longer than I did with all my training coming up...
