Your website at top says save addition 5% with code save5 at checkout. Place the code in the box and says "no such code". hmmmmm! Need to take a look at that one.

The ordering process for filter parts is easy if you are keeping track of maintenance responsibility. But I believe most customers are just forgetful and it might be better to offer an automatic shipping every 7 months as that is the elapsed period for filter replacement.

The product arrived faster than I expected. It's easy to install. My unit is now almost a week old and I'm seeing good results so far. I'm satisfied with the performance. My question is, why don't you have your name (Filtersmart) on the tanks delivered to me much like the ones I have seen in your website? Personally, I want a name plate attached to my product as a sign that I'm very confident that the name speaks for itself.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...We received our Filtersmart system on May 12, 2020 and it arrived to us damaged. Rita, our sales person, called us back after we have left a message explaining our situation. She informed us that they would send out a replacement sleeve but it would cost us us an additional $209.00 and would take approximately 3-5 week, which we also delay our installation . We requested to speak to a supervisor which as of May18, 2020 has not happened and we have also made another call and email with our complaint and still no one has responded . We feel at this time that your company is saying to us...Thanks Suckers!!!

Looking online vs locally for a whole house system and I am so happy I found Filtersmart. The price with free shipping and the quality system was something I could not find locally. There are only salt systems here in Minnesota and was surprised more people haven't installed your salt-free units here. What a great purchase for our home and will be recommending you guys to all of my neighbors that also have bad water and telling them to purchase your whole house water filtration and salt free system.

I called to get the additional 5% off after placing my order and i was told that it would be handled. I asked if I could just receive another order of filters and I was told yes and that an email confirmation would be sent to me for them. I'm never received the email. The 5% off or the extra filters
