The unit was just installed and came with the wrong size O-Ring for the sediment filter. But other than that, everything else was right and installation went smoothly. Great customer support.

Produce quality is first class. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Several step have been omitted on the manifold assembly. Instructions for the installation of the hard split ring and the 'O' ring need to be more detailed. The amount of 'O' ring lubrication sent with the unit is only half enough to do the job. I'm at the charcoal soaking phase we'll see how installation goes on Friday.

Purchasing process was easy and quick. Unit appears to be of a high quality. There is a need to review the assembly instruction. There isn't an clarity on retaining ring or 'O' ring placement.

System was less than half of other similar systems and the water is almost as soft as a traditional salt-based water softener. Additionally, the water tastes as good as bottled water without the need for reverse osmosis. Definitely recommend.
