I called customer service to verify if this item was carried in store, they said yes. I drove an hour there on my day off to find that they no longer have it in store and can only be ordered online. This was told to me by the clerk in the store after they checked the computer. Why didn't the service rep on the phone do the same and save me 2 hours of driving? I was also informed that Ripoffs holster will be discontinued from film tools, very sad, they are a great, American made and owned company that provides top tier products. They offer a wide range of products and I see a lot of fellow film workers wearing them, how about film tools support American citizens and their products. Just my 2 cents.
