We had several people complain that the pins broke off on the 1st or 2nd time use and I wasn't satisfied with the ribbon color, asked for Bright Blue like Royal Blue and ended up with a Dark Navy Blue.
I was happy with the prompt service, delivery and customer care when placing my order.

As for the experience of ordering and working with artist, this was very streamlined and easy. I picked this company because they support San Antonio charities with 3 cents of every dollar spent according to flyer we received. Medals were not delivered on time as promised but did arrive in time for fiesta events. Quality of the medals are lacking, pins come off easily, some medals were made upside down, and writing on medal little difficult to read. I had recommended this company to my friend to order medals for her job. Order placed, paid for and promised before Fiesta in mid April. Today, May 18th, she received her medals, almost 30 days after promised. The reason given, held up in customs, come to find out these medals are made in China, not USA. This information is not disclosed on website or flyer.

I think the process was easy and the end product was beautiful. Only one small note - my client received the medals but I was not informed. It would have been better if I received an email that my client had received the order.

Overall I was very pleased with the service and design. I was disappointed to be at my event and find 51 damaged medals that I could not sell. I had broken clasps, bent clasps and and clasps that would not attach. The quality of the attachments were very poor quality. The medal, the cloth, the color and the clarity were too notch, but because of the clasps - I would not be able to order again next year

Ordering my medals was easy from start to finish - uncomplicated and professional! Customer Service was in constant communication throughout the design process, and follow up and follow through was outstanding. Received my product and it was high quality and presentable!! Just as I hoped it would be. I love the final product!

I know this is my this was not your fault . I agreed to the size of the medal . I now wished I had ordered the 2 inch . The ribbon is larger than the medal. How much would you charge me to make 25 more and can they come in before the 10th of april

The process was very easy, the artwork they provided was exactly what we wanted without giving them anything but our logo. They were a little smaller than I expected but all in all they are great. Can't wait for Fiesta to start handing them out.

I contacted fiestamedal.net to design and produce a medal for my business. In a few days, they designed a prototype. After a few revisions, we had the final design. I gave approval for production and the medals arrived on time. I plan on using them for the 2018 Fiesta season.

fair, over priced and I was never asked nor did I give permission to advertise the medal company on the back of each of my medals. FYI I do not allow car dealerships to put their logo on my car either. I paid for my product and so should you!
