This site was user friendly, and the customer support team did a great job of keeping me in the loop with my order. They were very responsive and had mock ups of our medals fast. The order arrived and some were damaged in transportation, but the team made the refund process for those medals very simple. I would recommend this company to anyone needing medals or pins.
