I purchased the RYOT44 240EXP wheelset to mount onto my Bianchi Allroad for when I want to ride on the road (technically, the Allroad is a gravel bike). Totally transformed the character of the bike. So much more responsive in both steering and acceleration (with Continental GP5000 700 X 25C tires). Also, was able to buy these when FFWD USA was offering their Tour de France discount - THANK YOU FFWD USA!

Great set of wheels. I use them as my daily wheelset, the 44mm depth is surprisingly very stable in crosswinds and very responsive in climbs. Very happy with my RYOT44's!

Just finished my first ride and these have been a massive improvement over the stock DT E1800s! Faster, more comfortable and the build quality is impressive. Can't wait to put more miles on!

I haven't had a chance to ride the new wheels yet, but they look fantastic. The 24-holes, DT Swiss 240, bladed spokes and NOT internal nipples was exactly what I was looking for in road wheels. What's equally impressive is the customer service from FFWD. Jon and Pam were so quick with their responses to questions I had, even outside business hours. My bike builder (Haley Cycles) said he's had good success with FFWD as well. So looking forward to going for a ride, but it will have to wait until Shimano starts shipping the R9200 groupset

Mid term review. Outstanding wheels. No creaks, no flex, light and quick to spin up, maintain their speed with ease, and are not too bad in cross winds. Perfectly true and dished. In short: Outstanding wheels. Very happy I chose them.

Now, I admit that I was trying hard to justify the cost of this purchase; but on a route I've ridden many, many, times over the last 9 months, I set 7 Strava personal records on my first ride with these new wheels ("your mileage may vary"). They also did well on a 65 mile ride on the Natchez Trace near Nashville later that week. My only gripe is that the rim tape supplied would have made its application a lot easier if it was a mm or two narrower. They also work great with my 28 mm TL tires and were perfectly trued at the factory. I have no regrets buying these wheels.
