I recently purchased a rebuilt Steinway B from you. It is a beautiful instrument, but it had some issues with voicing and dampers. Ben Cross, your piano technician, arrived and worked on it. He is an artist. I was very impressed by his knowledge and abilities. The piano still needs some work to get it to where it needs to be. I am having another visit from Ben on Monday. If he cannot fix everything in the hour he is scheduled for, then I will contact Michelle again to arrange for more time to finish the initial servicing of the piano, so that all that would be necessary after this would be tuning. So far I am very satisfied with Faust Harrison's attention and courtesy.

Everyone was great. Matt and Theresa were very responsive with scheduling and letting us know what to expect. And Corey was very helpful and spent all the time we needed to fix a common issue with new pianos and the initial tuning. Thank you!!

Piano tuner was knowledgeable, courteous and effective. He took time to answer my questions, offered suggestions, and was not put out by my watching him work. Scheduling the visit was easy too. Overall, a great experience with FaustHarrison.

Got my dream piano (Yamaha U3 in American Walnut), and am loving it. It came straight out of the crate from Japan, and wasn't prepped at all (out of tune, packing material inserted in various places, etc.). You guys paid the entire fee to tune and prep with my technician of choice (thanks for working it out, Matt!) I'd come back to Faust-Harrison in a second, and will recommend you to others!

They are experts and always make my Yamaha b63 (which I also bought from Faust Harrison) sound great! I normally hire them for tuning; but they also do warranty service too.
