I got an email saying that my order was put on hold from shipping because I needed to confirm something. When I called I asked why I had to call in before my order to be shipped ? The person I spoke with said he didn't know, but maybe because the order amount was a higher dollar amount ? That seemed off to me because my purchase for the hat was only $130.
My order was shipped 2-3 days later because I had to call in and verify the order first.
