Before I needed a cane, I could handle myself on the street This cane gives me confidence and security when I am walking. I do not feel helpless or vulnerable to dogs and miscreants. This is my second Zap Cane, and I will always feel safer with one at my side.

A little unclear that you have to add your credit card information again even though I'm going through PayPal so it kept going around and around till I figured it out!

Overall it is a good value to have a complete cane with a light. It comes in handy with morning or evening walks on the local trails with my dog. I really find the cane very useful.

With the world in such chaos today, as a 70 year old man I can feel more comfortable being in public knowing that I have protection. The cane is a tremendous help to me in getting up from a chair, etc. It is very comfortable to use when I walk.

I was a little disappointed the button on the cane was not holding up well it would slip down. After I took it apart to fix button it was ok.
