This stand is much sturdier than any that I've seen. It stands great on a flat surface. Another great product from Fashionable Canes.

It cost almost as much as the cane but it is a stabilizer, easy to pick up the cane should it fall and very sturdy.

I have purchased at least 4 canes from FC and have never been disappointed. Have lost two of them and that was disappointing because I really liked them. Easy to adjust and not just your everyday silver drug store cane. If using a cane is a must for you you might as well have a nice looking one.

This cane base is stable and allows the cane to stand in place without tipping over, due to the longer side that serves to counter balance the handle. It stands much better on surfaces such as a carpet than other bases that I've tried.

I think that you should be consistent in the size nomenclature. After I decided to reorder a couple of more of these bases, I went back and looked at my first order to get the size I needed. It said size 19 on the order but this was not an selection option in my new order. there you asked for the size in inches. This was a little confusing as the adjustable canes had different diameters for the larger upper shaft with a smaller lower part that slides inside the upper. I measured across the bottom and then crossed my fingers a little bit when ordering.

I’ve used the Abletripod for several years. I finally realized I needed a new one. This cane base is great. The cane remains standing on it’s own when not in use and is very comfortable when walking. I love it!!!

This cane base is so heavy that I loose my balance just trying to lift it as I walk.I would send it back but the cost of shipping is so high that I might as well just throw it in the garbage. What a disappointment..
