I have an old seat cane that doesn't have a wrist strap so it's prone to fall over. Sonce I was ordering a new cane anyway, I ordered another wrist strap for the old seat cane.

The process was simple, the cane arrived very quickly and the folding cane is easy to use as it assembles itself. The company also sent me a very nice email immediately after I ordered, appreciating my business. A nice feature.
