90% of why I choose to purchase any product or service is based upon customer service. Rhea was outstanding and there were some difficult logistics that had to be worked out in order to complete the policy I purchased. Rhea was very professional and no matter the circumstance, she always got back to me each time in the specified time frame that she promised. Ultimately, Rhea and the way she responded and reacted toward me, is the main reason why I purchased the policy.
