It wasn't to bad after figuring it out it was very Ez Customer service really sucks No call backs, no emails, just no communication. When shipped no email . Just the trucking company contacted by email.

Good materials and shipped quickly and well packaged. The instructions were a little difficult to decipher, and it was missing some of the hardware (bolts etc..), otherwise I am satisfied. Good value.

I don’t know if I was missing parts, but I had to add my own steel tubing to adapt the post adapters to the head gate. The instructions were not clear at all. Overall the quality is good.

The directions to assemble were not very specific and were for a different model. They were close enough I got it together but it took way longer than it needed to and didn't point out some things that would've been nice. As far as the unit though, it seems nice and well built enough to hold grain

The pulsator hose and milk line are a little short, the bucket basically has to be under the cow. If you have a fresh cow that dances you'll have to watch her or you'll be replacing parts, other than that it works as expected.

If it ships and shows up on time I'll be pleased. Edit-Unit arrived a few days later than expected. Could not track it and customer service did not call back, so I was a little worried, but all is well and the unit works fine.

This milk strainer is much larger than I needed. It did not strain the milk, as I found hairs in the milk after straining.
