I have had several strangers, but none like this. The others would let out a little steam then nothing, then some more, then nothing. But this steamer continues to flow until I turn it off. The most wrinkled dress shirts iron with ease. I am in love with this steamer. If you want to stream clothes quickly and professionally this is definitely the steamer for you. I love my new steamer!!

My purchase experience with Factorypure was excellent. I made the purchase right as a severe winter storm hit much of the US, and Factorypure was proactive in communicating delays due to lack of ability to ship in the storm. The generator I ordered was difficult to find. Most places had it on back order for up to six months. Not only did FactoryPure have it in stock they also shipped it to my house. Shipping was slightly delayed due to the Texas ice storm but Eugene reached out to me and kept me informed ( l didn't even have to inquire). I got a great product from a great company with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend FactoryPure!

Order shipped quickly and arrived before scheduled delivery. Even after order was complete company contact me to make sure I was satisfied with my order. Haven't had to have any customer assistance but definitely believe this company would do anything in their power to make it right if an order was incorrect. Something not many companies would be willing to do nowadays! 100% would use again and recommend to anyone!!

Factory Pure had a solid price, the generator I was looking for was in stock, and it shipped timely - even with the massive storms hitting TX. Delivery was to my garage (I bought a rather large unit) and without a scratch.

The unit stopped working because we had a power surge. The company walked us through resetting the circuit breakers on the unit. It took 2 minutes and we were back running. We have already had our power company send a letter saying they noticed the drop in electricity. We had a little bit of getting used to, but i will recommend these anytime!
