This thing is a beast! Arrived on pallet. Driver was kind enough to wheel it up my driveway and into the garage. It took about an hour to put it together, wheels, handle, oil and connect battery. I put about 1 gallon of gas in and it started right up. Having my transfer switch changed from 30a to 50a so I haven't connected it to the house yet. FactoryPure shipped immediately and it arrived in about a week.

The whole experience was top notch. The shipping co was easy to work with also. The whole experience was great. I'm an Electrical contractor and have installed many generac generators. I chose the portable unit because I have an Rv and some out of town property that does not have electricity. Problem solved great choice. Assembly was quick and easy cranked on first try.

I was worried because freight takes so long these days but the minute I saw the professional packaging on a pallet strapped down I knew it was a good product. Fired up starts and runs like new. Couldn't tell it wasn't new. Plus a factory technician went through the whole thing which to me is way better than assembly line care. Thanks guys! I recommend them to anyone looking for a great product at a great price!

Best air conditioner we've ever owned

This is an air conditioner that has finally encompassed everything I could ever want.

No framework needed outside the house, no drains ( like portable air conditioners) that need attention everyday or sometimes hourly in humid climate. It has a great selection of settings, a timer, Wi-Fi connection, and above all a quiet mode!

I want to buy two more of these units! I highly recommend this, don't even consider buying another portable air conditioner, buy this!
