Was very simple. Ordered the items I wanted and got them very quickly. The wood splitter I bought works great. Only issue was that it didn't come assembled but it was easy enough to put together. Overall had a great experience.

I bought a home backup generator with pad. Received it within 2 weeks, in perfect condition. It was packaged well. I am very satisfied with factorypure.

I purchased a wood burning stove insert to put into my old fireplace. My local chimney service company helped me shop for an insert and helped me install it. They approved my Factory Pure insert choice. It got delivered to my house in a timely manner. It was very heavy though. Thankfully I had some friends around to help move it. It works great! It is much more efficient than my old open-faced fireplace and does a great job heating my house in a short amount of time. I watched my indoor thermometer increase in temperature in a short amount of time. It also requires much less wood than my previous situation with so much more heat. The blower does not use too much electricity for my off-grid power system. I am recommending this company to my friend who also lives off-grid and needs a wood burning stove upgrade.

Everything worked out awesome. The price and the quality of the unit was great. The first test of the box was flawless. Easy to install, just make sure the main breaker is off before install. Not just on the CB panel but the other one before that panel. If you don't have one have the electric company pull the meter for you. Safety first. Hope this helps someone.

I had questions about setting up auger speed and fan speed. The area of the house and overall size we had to slow the speeds down to make the temperature stay in the range that we needed. Questions were answered and we did what we needed to do to cure the problem all is well. Thank you.

I'm a cynic and skeptical by nature. I look at A LOT of companies before choosing this one. I liked that the website indicated that the unit "SHIPS SAME DAY" however that is not entirely accurate. It should probably read, "leaves the warehouse" or "is loaded on truck" same day, since it looks like it sat for a few days after that per the tracking info. It took two weeks to get which I think is perfectly acceptable to ship something like this. The shipping company was suppose to "call for appointment" which they did not do. Fortunately I was able to be home. The shipper sent GPS tracking info you can follow to your house, which was great for timing. I love that I was contacted by FactroyPure after I received it to make sure I was happy with it. I am pleased with the generator and with this company. If I need another, I will order from them again. The price, value and ease of purchase was great. I have passed their info on to friends and coworkers.

I got the HT-3000 and I must say it's awesome! Burns forever and keeps the house super warm. They claim it burns 10 hours loaded up on low air flow and we have put half that in and it's still been warm with plenty of coals the next morning to get it back up and running. Very happy with it and it looks great as well! The factory missed a couple of small bricks that hold the side walls in place and factory pure was quick to get back to me about the issue and had them send out immediately. Very pleased with the customer service as well! All and all they did a great job start to finish! Highly recommend!
