First order was lost in transit, had to order a second one. After a month the first was still lost, the second arrived pretty fast. Good to have the second order ship quickly but not very satisfied with having to spend $500 twice in a month. Item has arrived but still waiting on the 'investigation' to conclude to get a refund for the first order. Going on 2 1/2 months.
