Very nice product, used to protect a mural. Applied with roller. Provided a nice even sheen (satin), pot life sufficient for a single person to apply 4 gallons with a roller (temp ~60F). Anti-graffiti performance not yet tested.

This is the only product that I could find that enabled me to make a sandy floor a 1/2 inch thick by adding pre moistened sand to the VandlGuard which allowed me to inset sea shells (voids filled) and flat rocks for my new shower remodel. Looks like you are walking on the beach.

I was surprised that the mixture hardened in the can overnight, so I will have to buy another can to finish the job. Other than that, it worked well.
