I bought the green flakes. If I put them directly in the sun they do glow. But using just ceiling lights they do nothing so I am going to have to redo the floor.

Very cool product, I added the blue phosphorescent 1/4" flakes to a polyurea floor, mixing them in with the color flakes as well as adding them in clumps to make for an awesome floor.
