For the money a simple plastic hard case should come with this instead of cardboard. But a useful sales tool still.

It went on just as anticipated. I am an experienced Painter though. If you have limited skills, make sure everything you need is right there, and have help. These are fast setting materials. Also, use a Respirator, not a dust mask.

The product is difficult to get a smooth coating on a vertical surface as it is quite thin. However, it is one of the most economical options on the market, and does great as a coating.

After speaking to customer service, who was very professional and nice, we ordered a product that we thought would fit our needs. The product did not. It is not a coating, it is more of a paint with a watery consistency. I would not say that we are unhappy with the company, just the product. This product might be great as a paint, we were looking for a thicker polymer.
