Very frustrating experience. As my first year with them was concluding agent NEVER was able to speak to her !! Phone calls were never returned. My account was overcharged and this was never answered. I wrote as well with no answer. Costs increased from first year and answer was never givem to as why !. Generally the worst experience EVER !

After 10 years being with your company a Stacy taking over for MAT leave completely unacceptable customer service e. She told me my insurance was going up to 175 and everyone's is around the same so will put reminder next year to Re Market. I was clear I'm not renewing July 3. She said ok will cancel as of today. I said not renewing and signing with someone else is not immediate the renewal is July 3. She says well you said your signing today I said because I'm not renewing. So incredibly rude. I told her another broker got me 132 and when I bring auto down to 124. She said good for you. Said send cancelation documents and hung up. Wow 10 years gets you that level of service. I will be Google reviewing and social media.

Broker was well versed and easy to talk to. But due to computer problems with the company and the long weekend we were not able to have coverage for four days

We had a very pleasant experience with Lane. We were looking for new home and auto insurance, and were very pleased with the competitive rates that he found for us! All the coverage was explained in detail, and I appreciate that he was respectful of the coverage we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

I spoke with Carol Bailey regarding insurance for the first car I had bought myself in many many years. She's very warm and knowledgeable. I had a wrinkle to sort out and she was immensely helpful with that.

My Broker, Mr Lane Ferguson was fantastic. He reached out to me for a few days to let me know that he was available to speak with as soon as we both could find a time. Once we spoke, he found the best options available for me, his service was fast and exceptional. He was very courteous and made me feel like I mattered to be taken care of. I spoke to a few brokers over the past few days, and he was above and beyond what any of the other agents were. Thank you Lane, for your exceptional services.

Great and courteous customer service. My Agent, Dylan, was very attentive to my needs and what insurance was best for me that I needed.
From the time he answered the phone with his greeting and what a listener and on the ball too. Dylan seems to do everything by the book as one should when it comes to insurance. As it is all legal, everything must be correct on the Policy and Pink Slips.
I would truly recommend Dylan who is my Dedicated Agent and only he handles that one client. I liked this very much as you always speak to him and he only handles your needs. It's not like too many people are handling your file and that is where things go wrong and mistakes made.
